I have this fear. I ran 26.2 miles over two weeks ago and haven't gone more than 10 miles on a single run since then.
I have done intervals, raced and run for Shay. I haven't gone long. I must run long. I need at least 15 long slow ones to keep my mojo up. I could go Wednesday afternoon but I race again with my two boys Thursday.
Maybe Friday.

I ran my longest since my 26.2 on Saturday. I went 16. It was lovely!

And I still haven't gotten on my bike since Oct 28 when I raced and rode about 30 miles. Weird. You'll do it, though and so will I.
