So I registered for the MCM, was staring at the confirmation page and was being tempted by the "sale" of all their logo running gear. I clicked away to see what they had. I figured they'd email me a confirmation. Right?
Crickets.
24 hours later: nothing.
So I feverishly (no, I do not have a real fever) wrote to MCM and active.com last night; and this morning, voila, I am a bona fide semper fied registered fool to run 26.2 miles in October.
So now I will start training. Here I go. Bye.

And here I was, so very willing to GIVE you my registration.
I'm glad that your minor anxiety has passed. I would have been the same way. Don't make me wait 24 hours for confirmation. I want instant gratification.
Good luck with your training.
I love that you've signed up for a little race to refocus on running and have a reason to train....I love that it's a marathon. You are so funny. Most folks might have picked a 5 or 10k in the near future!
I hope you are feeling well enough to start training. I so wish I could come out for this event since it will be well attended by the RBF. Alas, it probably won't happen but best of luck!
phew!
and congrats!
and yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw!
Oh, I missed this drama earlier. Glad that you'll be with us on Oct. 29!
